Hover-iT is a Windows XP Program!
Hover-iT will work with Win2000, some Win98 users may experience installation difficulties, if you have Win98 Please contact us if you are having problems installing Hover-iT.
Hover-iT hover ad producer is designed to work with MS Internet Eplorer, Netscape Navigator, Firefox Mozilla, and Opera browsers (since these are the most widely used browsers)
It will work with other browsers, but we MAKE NO GUARANTEES about that.
All browsers are different and display content in a different way, hopefully in the next couple of years there will be a standard for all browsers.
We have tested Hover-iT on all of these browsers and found that Hover-iT ads work just as good as other similar programs.
Internet Explorer: No issues.
All of our Hover ads and the hover effects work with the following popular browsers.
If you are building a new web site we strongly suggest that you insert your Hover-iT hover ad code BEFORE you proceed to do any other coding.
Netscape: (uses a hover ad on it's main page)
Hover-iT works well on Netscape navigator version 8.0.
Firefox :
No issues with Hover-it
Safari:
Works with the Safari browser.
Opera:
No issues with the Opera browser that we have discerned Hover-iT hover ads work well with this browser.
We have also provided an ON LINE Pop up generator so that you can generate regular pop ups in a few minutes, we make this available for those other "older" browsers that may not be compatible with Hover-iT.

Yet it is also assuring to know that many large corporations are moving towards using Hover type ads as opposed to using regular pop ups.
Q&A:
Q: The hover ad I created does not appear on the web page or only half the ad appears.
This can be caused by a number of things.
1: Make sure you have the generated code correctly added to the "header" and the "body" section of your web page
2: Check the positioning of your ad ( go back to the settings page and make sure you have the Horizontal and Vertical values set properly and check any value that is over 400 at vertical vakue, your settings may be ,making the ad appear below the page screen.
3: Look at your delay settings if you entered a long time delay before appearing.
4: Make sure that you have the "appear in x number of days" de-selected.
5: Consider your page colors and the contrast settings you are using on the hover ads it may be that the colors are blending with the ad.
1: You can do this from the editor page, just place your cursor wher you want your image to appear and then press the "add image" button, in the "additional text" field enter the location of your image.
NOTE: If your image is not uploaded to your server it will NOT appear when the hover ad is loaded you can select an image from your computer files but it will only be shown localy untilit is uploaded.
2: You can enter a background image from the "settings" page as well.
3: Insert a pre-designed HTML document from the "settings' page this will load a HTML document on the ad with what ever documents and images you have selected
Go to the "settings" page and in the HTML link field simply enter the URL of where the file is located
EG: if you wanted to enter a Flash file in your ad you would enter something like http://www.mydomain.com/flash.swf
Or you could go to the HTML page of the SWF file and link to it instead.
NOTE: make sure that the Flash movie is sized to fit in your hover ad, and centered accordingly. If your flash movie shows up in your Flash Player but not in your ad it is because the movie is not positioned properly.
This is why we suggest to link to your HTML document with your Flash movie as opposed to linking directly to the SWF file.
Also remember the file size in Kbs of your movie, a movie with lots of actionscript and images will take too long to load and the Hover ad will show before the movie appears.
Q: I entered the unlock code but the program still shows up in trial mode?
Make sure you have typed the code in properly, and if you have copied the code that you have not pasted a space, a space will be counted as a character by the program.
If you have tried these things and the program is still not "unlocking" please contact support.
Q: How do I access Hover-iT On line?
You must have purchased the Hover-iT program first, this is only available to registered Hover-iT clients.
All the neccesary information on how to use Hover-iT online is on the step by step tutorial within the Hover-iT online Administration page.
Q: Can I return the program for a refund if I'm not satisfied with it?
Of course you can, as long as it is returned within the 30 day money back guarantee.
Please keep in mind that once you have registered and you request a refund that the Hover-iT Online feature will be disabled and the program will also be disabled from our remote servers.
Q: How do I purchase an unlock code?PLEASE NOTE!!
